We do not accept returns for any other reason besides an item being damaged/destroyed upon receipt.  To request a return, please submit a photo of your damaged product within 24 hours of it being delivered to: support@pottyfriend.com  Thank you!

We love our international customers but, kindly, do not accept returns internationally as we would not be able to operate a business if we did.
